I still get a check for unused vacation time, right?" We have no idea whether this is what former Deputy Mayor Phil Fujii told his boss, Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn, on his way out the door. But we do know that "shoulder surgery" was the official reason offered by the mayor's office for Fujii's departure.
