No, not to go to Tukwila. Instead, disembark two stops before that bustling metropolis and enjoy an international dining excursion at the Othello Street Station. There's the Vietnamese mini-mall just off the train, where Pho My Chau serves a more-than-respectable beef noodle soup, and Tammy's Deli could supply your house party with banh mi, rice-flour pastries, prepackaged salads, and fully decorated cakes for the cost of a crudité platter from QFC. Hoang Lan, just next door to the shopping complex, makes some of the best Hue-style noodles in the city. Across the street, King Chicken & Gyros serves a mean halal goat curry, while three blocks north, Thai Palms specializes in chicken laab, lemongrass-studded sausages, and other Lao delicacies. Also nearby: Cambodian markets, Mexican taquerias, and—if you can hike a half-mile north to the corner of Graham and MLK—some of the city's best dim sum at Joy Palace.—Jonathan Kauffman
