Easter Brunch

The sun is finally starting to peek through that seemingly endless stretch of winter gray, which means fuzzy chicks, colored eggs, and tulips are inevitable—as is overeating. Chandler’s Crabhouse It’s hard to be crabby in springtime, but Chandler’s has managed—their Easter brunch menu includes a Dungeness crab omelet and whiskeyed crab soup in addition to broiled king salmon filet, house-made buttermilk scones and more. $24.95 adults, $19.95 seniors, $9.95 kids. Daniel’s Count on Daniel’s for brunch with a Northwest flair. Icon Grill The mere mental image of the kids destroying the house on their inevitable Easter morning sugar high should send you running toward the tyke-friendly Icon Grill. Luigi’s Grotto Italian doesn’t have to be heavy. The Grotto promises a spring-themed authentic Italian brunch including traditional Neapolitan lard bread; rigatoni with ricotta and basil meat sauce; and roasted lamb, which recalls centuries of tradition. Serafina For an elegant Easter brunch, head to this Eastlake institution. The menu includes some egg dishes ($14–$18) such as a pancetta frittata and steak and eggs and, for diners more attracted to the “–unch” side of “brunch,” a mushroom lasagna, uniquely prepared asparagus, steamed Alaskan halibut, and other entrées ($14–$19 each). SkyCity Once again, the Space Needle is hosting its fancy Easter brunch.
