The GI’s Monster Mayhem series concludes, fittingly, on Halloween. The Sprocket Society has promised an evening of ghoulish fun likely to include old clips from film and TV (including, we hope SCTV‘s beloved howling vampire, Count Floyd). Costumes, music, and treats can also be expected. A 90-minute program of vintage 16mm shorts and cartoons can only lead to more drinking down on the Ave afterward. Extra credit goes to those willing to commit fully to a Darth Vader outfit from Star Wars or the full wrap from The Mummy. (NR) T. BOND
