You're damn right you should run in costume for this charity fun run, which benefits the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Think of the possibilities: A vampire costume, with cape, might actually allow you to run faster. Or dress up as the Flash, the world's fastest superhero. When think about it, most cartoon heroes wear tights anyway, which is usually the most appropriate apparel for a late October race. Other speedy characters to consider would be Wonder Woman, the Six Million Dollar Man, that scary robot from Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Speedy Gonzalez, the Road Runner, the British athletes from Chariots of Fire, or Steve Prefontaine with his famous moustache.
