Urban Craft Uprising

Can I consider myself crafty if my style is to start several different projects and never complete them? Probably not when compared to the artisans at the Urban Craft Uprising. Next to them, I’m just a girl with good intentions. All weekend, there will be over 130 vendors putting me to shame with unique, handcrafted designs. Expect to find a little of everything: gorgeous hats and headbands from Boring Sidney, handmade cosmetics from MeMe, even hand-sewn pasties from Gothfox Designs, plus lots of jewelry and clothing—even for the little ones. There will also be book signings from some of your favorite craftastic authors and, if you find that perfect one-of-a-kind Christmas gift, a sustainable wrapping station. I’m definitely going to check it out. Even if I don’t find anything to buy, I should walk away with loads of ideas for new projects I’ll never finish.
