A few of Seattle's favorite bands get together for a beautiful, harmonious blend of punk rock and the Saturday Knights' trademark hybrid hip hop. Mingle, the Knights' debut full-length on local upstarts Light in the Attic Records, is, hands down, one of the best, if not THE best, albums to come out of Seattle this year. Inventive, witty and oh-so-good for booty shakin', we haven't met a person yet who hasn't hopped onto the Saturday Knights bandwagon with us after giving it a listen. And the Cops put on one of the most energetic live performances in town.
