Martin Luther King Day at Seattle Center

There’s something that sets this Martin Luther King Dayapart from previous ones: for the first time, we have an African-American presidential candidate who stands as good a chance as anyone else at winning. So it’s fitting that this year’s ceremonies at Seattle Center are heavy on the music and dance and light on the historical solemnity.
