365 Seattle Finale

A twelve-month project culminates tonight

365 Seattle, the theater experiment that got 52 organizations and over 500 performers to commit to presenting a week each of (extremely) short plays, winds up this evening. All 365, from one to ten minutes each, were written by Suzan-Lori Parks(Seattle’s just one of several cities that have presented her cycle) and staged in put-the-hay-down-where-the-goats-can-get-it venues from laundromats to gas stations. A “marathon” performance each month wrapped up the previous month’s plays for those who missed them; the final 1/12 of the cycle is being performed tonight at 6 p.m., followed by a party at 8.
Sun., Nov. 11, 6 p.m., 2007
