Tamango's Urban Tap
Tamango, a.k.a. Herbin Van Cayseele, surrounds himself with a fabulous melange of dancers, musicians, and video artists, all connected to each other and to the audience through a powerful world beat. They've been compared to Cirque du Soleil and to voodoo, a combination of whimsy and mystery. In the past, Van Cayseele has worked with stilt walkers, Capoeira masters, gymnasts, and breakers, and Full Circle, his new program, follows in those footsteps.
